Reel Rollin Terms of Use

Reel Rollin is a collection of simulated slot-style games, offered for entertainment only. Please read these terms before you play.

1. Who we are and acceptance

Reel Rollin (the "App") is made by Kinetic Flux, LLC ("Kinetic Flux," "we," "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Adults only

The App is for adults aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18, and at least the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use it. If you are under that age, do not install or use the App. We may ask you to confirm your age, and we may restrict or end access if we have reason to believe you are not eligible.

3. Entertainment only, no value

The games are simulations for entertainment. No real money is wagered, deposited or paid out. There are no cash prizes, no rewards of monetary value and no way to cash out anything. Points are a score only. They are not a currency, cannot be spent, bought or sold, and have no monetary value. Nothing in the App can be exchanged for money or anything of real-world value. Winning in the App does not predict or imply success at real-money gambling.

4. No sale, gifting or trading

We do not sell coins or credits. Points, energy, subscription benefits and any other in-App item cannot be gifted, traded, transferred or sold, and any attempt to do so, or to buy or sell accounts, is prohibited.

5. Energy and rewarded ads

Free play uses energy. Energy refills over time up to a cap, and the App shows when the next refill arrives. Energy has no monetary value. Where available, you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive extra energy. Rewarded ads may be offered, are optional, and may be limited, changed or removed at any time.

6. VIP subscription

The App offers one optional auto-renewing VIP subscription through Apple. VIP is an auto-renewing monthly subscription at the price shown in the App, charged to your Apple Account. It removes the energy limit and ads only.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically until canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price then shown.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep VIP until the end of the period you already paid for.
• You can restore a previous purchase from within the App.
• Billing, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple under its terms. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

VIP has the same odds and payouts as Free. It does not improve results, and it has no cash value.

7. Accounts

The App uses an account so that game results and purchases are recorded on our servers. When you first open the App, a guest identity is created for you. You may link it to a sign-in method so you can keep your account across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account inside the App at any time (see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data).

8. Responsible use

The App is meant for short, light sessions. Take breaks, and stop if play stops being enjoyable. If you are concerned about your own gambling, please seek help from a qualified support service in your area.

9. Your licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, use bots, scripts or exploits, or interfere with the servers, except to the extent that law expressly allows despite this restriction.

10. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, art, music, text and names, is owned by Kinetic Flux, LLC or its licensors and protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Game names and the Reel Rollin name are trademarks of Kinetic Flux, LLC.

11. Apple

These Terms are between you and Kinetic Flux, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's media services terms.

12. Updates and availability

We may update, rebalance, suspend or discontinue the App or any game in it at any time, and the App may not be available in every country. We may change energy amounts, refill rates and ad availability. We are not obliged to keep any particular feature available.

13. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR PROGRESS OR POINTS WILL NOT BE LOST.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINETIC FLUX, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROGRESS, POINTS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
