Reel Rollin Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Reel Rollin (the "App"), made by Kinetic Flux, LLC ("we," "us"), collects and why. We aim to collect as little as we can.

1. Who is responsible

2. Adults only

The App is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has used the App, tell us through the contact form and we will delete the account.

3. What we collect

• Account identity. A random identifier we generate for your guest identity. If you choose to link a sign-in method, the identifier that method gives us.
• Gameplay records. Rounds played, results, points, energy balance and progress. Results are determined on our servers, so these records are required for the App to work.
• Purchase information. If you subscribe to VIP, Apple sends us signed transaction and renewal information, which we verify with Apple. We do not receive your payment card or Apple ID details.
• VIP subscription records. For VIP, our server stores a random account token, the App Store original transaction id, and the product, environment, expiry and renewal status. These come from Apple's signed data and Apple's server notifications. We receive no payment details.
• Analytics. Anonymous usage analytics, only if you consent. You can change your choice in the App.
• Ad network data. If rewarded ads are shown, the ad network may process data such as your device's advertising identifier and ad interactions, under its own policy. We confirm completed ad views with the network so that energy can be granted. Ads are subject to approval and may not be shown.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect contacts, precise location or photos.

4. Mailing list

If you join the mailing list in the App, we store the email address you give us, the date you joined and your account identifier, and use the address only to tell you about new features and seasons. Joining is optional. Leave at any time in the App (Settings > Account > Leave Mailing List) or through the Kinetic Flux contact form, and the address is deleted. Coins already granted for joining stay in your account.

5. How we use it

• To run the games, keep your points and energy, and keep your account.
• To verify purchases, restore them, and manage VIP access.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the App is used, if you consent.

6. Who we share it with

We use service providers to host the App and process data on our behalf, such as cloud hosting. Apple processes purchases under its own policies. Any ad network used processes its data under its own policy. We may disclose information if required by law.

7. Retention and deletion

You can delete your account inside the App at any time: Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deletion takes effect immediately. Your account identity, gameplay records, points, energy balance, progress, profile, nickname, mailing-list address and shared ghost sessions are removed from our active systems, and the link between your account and any VIP subscription is removed. The App then starts you over as a new guest. Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule, within 30 days.

A few records outlive the account because they hold no identity: anonymous community counters (rounds played per game per hour), weekly league standings showing a title and points, which expire two weeks after the week ends, and the random seeds of recent rounds, which expire on their own schedule. Subscription records that are no longer linked to a player are kept for 120 days, as are notification records, and we may keep limited records where we are required to, for example for tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions before you delete, or it will keep renewing.

8. Your choices

• Delete your account in the App (Settings > Account > Delete Account).
• Turn analytics on or off in the App.
• Limit ad tracking in your device settings.
• Ask us a privacy question or make a request through the Kinetic Flux contact form.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
